1. How to purchase my order on the site?
To make a purchase:-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, you need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
2. How to track my order?
To track and check the status of your order, please click here and enter the tracking number sent to your email. Please contact the courier to check on the status of your package.
3. What is the return and exchange policy?

4. What and where is my order confirmation number?
The order confirmation number begins with “IH” and can be retrieved
- In your confirmation email
- When you view your “Order Status” under “My Account”
5. What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
We ship all items from our warehouse in Penang, Malaysia. You will receive an email with your tracking information and you can track it via GDEX.
- Shipping rates will be charged based on the parcel weight, for orders less than RM200.
- Your order will be delivered between 3 – 5 business daysWe are closed on Saturdays (1pm – 6pm), Sundays and on Malaysian Public Holidays
- Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather

1. Is COD available in Malaysia?
COD is not available in Malaysia.
2. Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?
Most payments are processed immediately. Once the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org and do not re-create your order to prevent duplication

1. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go through them individually as this will cause delays to all other orders. Please review your items before completing your orders. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped unless the items are Out OF Stock.
2. Can I order through phone?
Although we love talking to our customers, we don't take orders over the phone. Place your order online to earn reward points on your purchase. If you need to speak to us regarding order and account enquiries, please call our Customer Service team at +6012 4099 522.
3. I am having issues using the coupon/voucher code
Please check if:
- The coupon/voucher code has expired
- Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only
- Each order can only use 1 coupon/voucher
- The coupon/voucher may not be valid for Non-Discountable or brands excluded from sale (see list Non-Sale Brands)
- You have use a non-participating Credit Card for the coupon discount
- Rewards Redemption and discounts cannot be used at the same time during Flash Sale
1. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “My Account” → My Address → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
2. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
3. I am having problems logging into my account
If you receive a message stating that your email address/password is not recognised - please follow the steps below:
- Please clear your cache and browser history. Close and open a new browser.
- Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
- If you are unable to recall your password, click on “forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account
